I am a 29-year-old man and have a very thin penis but I want to increase my sexual ability. Is it advisable for me to take testosterone tablets? I read on the Internet that testosterone isn’t healthy.
Thinness and thickness of the penis has no bearing on a person’s sexual power. It is the skill of the man in performing the sex act that counts. A good lover is a man who understands his woman’s needs and feelings and caters to them. So listen to and understand your woman. You will automatically have all the sex power you want. Testosterone should be taken only when it is deficient in one’s body. Consuming it without establishing its deficiency is risky.
I am a 47-year-old diabetic patient and have a problem getting an erection and also suffer from premature ejaculation. This is depressing me as I cannot enjoy sex. Please suggest a solution.
One of the complications of diabetes is Endothelial Dysfunction. This means that the inner lining of the blood vessels gets damaged and does not function properly. This results in reduced blood flow through those blood vessels. If the penile blood vessels are affected, the penis will get less blood flow and hence the erection is adversely affected. Though the precise cause(s) of premature ejaculation is not known, it has been observed that most of the time diabetes is associated with it. Both these conditions can be managed through a combination of pharmacotherapy (treatment with medicines) and sex therapy. Consult your doctor in person.
